Tomorrow & Wednesday is IT for a while! At least according to current forecasts. Tropical systems play havoc with all other coastal forecasts -- it's really hard to cipher! Seriously - if you want to wet a line offshore, better get it done in the next two days..
Came in way early Saturday, (with partial credit for another day extended to all participants,) yet we still had 4 clients just one fish short of a creel limit. Most had dinner at least. Holding bottom fine with four & six ounce sinkers at first; suddenly we couldn’t even present a bait w/12s! It was getting plenty saucy time we got back in.
Ron Peacock of Wilmington DE won the pool with his 21.5 inch fluke caught on a Gulp/squid combo - also pictured are Katie, Tanner, Luke, Kara, & Doug Dresch; plus Sam & Josh Siminiskis all of Lebanon, PA - plus Stan & Brian Janczak of Baltimore ..
Put a Gale Warning up beneath our "Guest Aboard" Flag - and the splash from a 15 reef-block unit (have over 22,500 blocks at various reef sites..)
Lots of engine room work to do. Always - But the forecast now? Sheesh! Maybe I should have them completely rebuilt!
