Fishing Camp Week 2 Report

Time is just flying by and my first two-week session is in the books. Once again we had a great week with lots of action and good times had by campers and staff. Our sold-out Session 2 begins Monday and I'm looking forward to more fun. Here's this week's report:

Monday 7/2- A good time was had by all on a canoe trip down the Nissequoge River.(Non-fishing day)
Tuesday 7/3- Excellent Ocean Fishing for Fluke/Seabass aboard the Capt. Jim III in Freeport
Wednesday 7/4- More excellent Fluke/Seabass aboard the Fantasy III in Freeport
Thursday 7/5- The kids got to bring their parents out and our trip aboard the Capt. Jim was plagued by poor drifting conditions, heat, and an onslaught of mean green flies and swarms of little flies that resembled fruit flies. The end of the day had a 3 or 4 drift flurry, but nothing like Tues/Wed
Friday 7/6- Our lake trip was fabulous with our high hook catching and releasing 50 assorted panfish.
